Earshot empowers teachers with a private, non-judgmental, and personalized tool to provide feedback and the opportunity for self-reflection to improve instruction. Using their own smartphone, teachers record themselves teaching to see data about their talk time, wait time and questions to engage students in critical thinking, communications and collaboration skills.
